Refund Processing Time
Upon approval of a refund request, Pixforest aims to process the refund within 3-4 business days. The actual crediting of the refund to your account may take additional time depending on your payment provider.
Conditions for Refund
- Refund requests will be considered for defective or damaged items.
- Personalized items cannot be refunded unless there is a quality issue.
- Requests made after 24 hours or once production has started will not be entertained.
